Do you know an outstanding student that is unable to afford AutoCAD or an Autodesk product and is deserving and will use it to continue their studies? It is that time again to donate some unused products to students that are nominated by someone such as their teacher. For 3 years now I have cleaned my shelves as well as asked fellow deskers that have unused Not for Resale copies of Autodesk products to give away in the holiday spirit. These are products myself or others had left over or are not using. Last year over 30 boxed products ranging from AutoCAD to Autodesk Inventor were donated. This is only for those that really need the product and really have no ability to purchase them. This is a small way to make a difference in someone’s life and perhaps get them started or a boost.
Currently I only have some boxes of AutoCAD 2006, AutoCAD LT 2006, AutoCAD LT 2005 Student Edition, Revit Structure (huge thank you to the Revit Structure Team), and more are coming. All are English language for North America or Europe, Not for Resale or Upgrade and must not be used for commercial use. There is no warranty or support for these donated products. I hope to get some donations again this year from other Autodesk product teams and will be able to announce those as well. I know there is a mad scramble looking at peoples shelves right now globally at Autodesk offices for unused products.
Requirements: Please list your contact information including the email and phone number of the person you are nominating.
Sincerely,
Shaan Hurley
Kudos: AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT Team, Revit Structure Team. More to be mentioned as their team donates products.
