Your Wish is Our COMMAND – AUGI Top Ten June 2007 Voting Results

Thanks to the hard work of Brenda Richardson as the AUGI AutoCAD Wish List Manager and all the other volunteers helping and those that submitted nominations as well as voted we have a June 2007 AUIGI AutoCAD Wish List Final Top Ten.

A few comments are some of the the items are partially already there but perhaps not to the level of the nominator such as multi-processor (multi-threaded) support as some of AutoCAD’s features already take advantage of them and there are work-arounds for Fading Xref layers by locking them with the command LAYISO and LAYLOCKFADECTL system variable in AutoCAD 2008. We on the AutoCAD Team will be reviewing these items and seeing what we can accomplish and also provide an update at Autodesk University when AUGI officially presents the Wish List typically to the Autodesk Vice President of the division.
