What’s MEP?
AutoCAD MEP 2010Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing or as some have referred to it as the tin, copper, and brass of the building.  AutoCAD MEP 2010 is the better, faster AutoCAD software for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design.

I also heard that sloped conduit was introduced for conduit in MEP 2010. Is that correct?

While opening MEP-2010 it take more time to open the drawing, after it gets opened within short time its gets closed with fatal errors

Make sure to submit your CER when you get the fatal error so that the team can research the issue for a solution. If these are older version drawings, they may take longer to open if not 2010 DWG format as objects are updating on open to the new format. Also try a AUDIT and RECOVER of the files.

I am having problems with my plumbing layout, lines not breaking while creating a view drawing. Wile creating my plumbing layout under constructs all my plumbing lines are broken properly cw, hw, sw. any seggestions….
