Downloading the upgrade seems like a good idea, but…. the name of the second file (2 of 2) had the wrong name so the install was looking for one name and the file d/l was something else. Once I figured out I had to rename the file I then found I needed the s/n and product key. Only problem is I had not been emailed the s/n and product key. Nice idea, but executed poorly.

This is a new process for Autodesk Subscription but Autodesk Beta Programs and ADN have been doing this smoothly for many years relatively without too many bumps in the road. The underlying process is the same so I would expect things to smooth out very soon.
