Can you please confirm or point me in the right direction to confiem, if Dwg True View 2010 is suspose be able to open Civil 3D 2010 files & be able to view Civil 3D 2010 objects?

I will double check, but this is the same core as AutoCAD and the built in AEC Object Enabler. You can also install other custom object enablers on the machine. Again this is basically AutoCAD.
It is 100% Autodesk DWG for viewing, plotting, measurements, and best of all it is FREE.
