Hello. When I installed AutoCad 2020 Educational, I drew objects selected “copy” or most other commands, then used right click to verify my selection.
After installing a new gaming mouse, my R click settings did not operate in the same manner. I deinstalled drivers and let the Win10 system find the mouse and add is using standard drivers. Mouse operates correctly in other programs. Not in AutoCad.
I opened options and changed R Click settings. Now, I at least get a menu however, the system continues to autochange back to the original settings (causing me to go into options again and change the R click settings back to get the menu.
I would very much like to have the RClick settings back allowing me to choose extrude as a command, select with the L Click and confirm with the R click however, I recognize nothing in the forums specifying an option other than the menu select.
I am an engineering student. I asked my AutoCad prof. (30 plus years experience( he could not assist me. He tried sending me a profile and letting me load it on my machine. This changed all of the settings EXCEPT the one I was attempting to address.
Can any of you please tell me what I changed.

PS. additionally I physically removed the new mouse and tried the old mouse # button. Still no change. My ball controller does not work in the manner that it used to either.
The issues are only in AutoCad. Please advise ….
