It has been about 4 weeks since my knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I have done great with little to no pain and getting back to everything active that I enjoyed before, and more. I hope to get back on my mountain bike and kayak this weekend.
Last Sunday I took the big pup Coho for a 5-mile hike along the Upper Deschutes River. It is so beautiful along the river just a few miles from where I live in Bend Oregon. This stretch for my hike is from Benham Falls to near Dillon Falls of the Deschutes River Trail.
