Blog Migration is Complete

After 22 years on Typepad, the Between the Lines blog has successfully migrated to a new host following a difficult transition due to Typepad's abrupt shutdown notice. The author expresses gratitude for the support received during the move and is eager to resume sharing insights on design, engineering, and technology.

22 Years, 3,000+ Posts, and a New Home

After 22 years of blogging on Typepad, Between the Lines blog has officially moved to a new host.

Typepad gave only 30 days’ notice that they were shutting down, which made the move a real challenge. With two decades of posts, images, and links, most migration tools crashed or timed out, Typepad’s own export tools included. Their support was pretty much nonexistent in the final month, so it took some stubborn persistence (and a few late nights), and assistance from others to get it all moved safely.

Now that the heavy lifting is done, I can finally get back to what I love, sharing stories, tips, and experiences from the world of design, engineering, and technology.

Thanks for sticking with me through the move. It feels good to be home again. So much has gone on in the past month including Autodesk university in Nashville and other exciting news.
