ScriptPro for AutoCAD 32bit and 64bit

ScriptPro for AutoCAD has been around for many years and for those that have tried it, it is a very valuable time saving free tool. ScriptPro is used to batch process files in AutoCAD using a script so perhaps a minor edit to DWG files such as adding company standard layers, a stamp, a title block, audit and repairs and much more.

ScriptPro for AutoCAD is free and now available in both Windows 32bit and 64bit for 2008 and up releases of AutoCAD based products.

AutoCAD WS Update Coming

AutoCAD WS allows the viewing, markup, and sharing of DWG files among architects, designers and engineers, as well as non-CAD professionals. AutoCAD WS is available for free on the web, on mobile devices with AutoCAD WS mobile, and as a native desktop Mac App in the Mac App Store.

Currently the developers are hard at work on the next update of the free AutoCAD WS and AutoCAD WS mobile. The new update will include many new features like new 3D viewing, GPS Integration, and Print to Plot with HP ePrint.

Still on Windows Vista and Using Autodesk software?

Operating Systems does not age like a fine wine and instead have an expiration date just like milk where they smell and taste bad after time.

If you are still using Windows Vista and plan to upgrade Autodesk software this year, you may want to consider upgrading your old Operating System. As of January 1st 2012 upgrades or new releases and services will no longer be supported on Windows Vista.

earthmine for AutoCAD Map 3D

You may not have heard or even been aware of this new partnership with earthmine, or perhaps know what is earthmine. While visiting the Autodesk office in San Francisco recently I chatted with Justin Lokitz who is not only one of the best home brewers of beer, but also the Product Manager for AutoCAD Map 3D, AEC Infrastructure Modeling. Justin mentioned what earthmine was and the availability of the new product extension for AutoCAD Map 3D and then the earthmine CEO Anthony Fassero demonstrated the technology live.
