I can forsee a CAD Manager or lead designer using a Blog (Web Log) to update members on their team as well as thier company of current CAD standards and guidelines and staffing as well as any other tips, tuts, and solutions. You could use it like many used the CAD Manager Bulletin portion of the old AutoCAD Today.
It is a really nice way to update people, and fun too.
