Issue
When you selected multiple layout tabs, the Plot option on the shortcut menu was not available.

Solution
To plot multiple layouts, you should use the Publish selected layouts option on the shortcut menu.

Follow these steps:

  • Select the required layout tabs and right-click.
  • Click Publish Selected Layouts.
  • In the Publish dialog box, click the Publish button.

1. all Pages that you want to print must be set up (page size and Plotter you will be using)
2. must be in model- then Crtl and click on all the layout tabs you want to plot.
3. right click and select publish selected layouts
4. if you do not wish to plot the actual Model layout, you can select it and remove it from the list.
5. you can plot in reverse order and even print extra copies and it will print the multiple sets in order.
Hope this helps.
