The AutoCAD product team is organizing a happy hour for the San Francisco Bay Area customers at The Gallery at One Market on Tuesday, Oct 4th, 2011.
The goal for this event is to provide an informal setting for customers to convey their ideas and wishes for the product, talk about the great work they are doing with AutoCAD and network with fellow AutoCAD users in the area.

The AutoCAD WS collaboration feature allows you and your collaborator to see each other’s cursor in real time as you move it around the screen adding markups or making changes.
I am a CAD drafter and disabled. My neck is fused and I can’t draw for very long. Short of mounting a remote screen to my cieling and laying flat on my back, I though you may have some sort of goggles or glasses for this. If not, run with my idea and send me one for my reward! Thanx, Erich

I have seen some display glasses on the market and more possibilities with the LED technology getting more advanced and high definition in smaller design envelopes. There are also wearable smart devices including the Google Goggles coming.

There are many ceiling mounted display mounts out there on Amazon.com and other places and that might be the best resolution and price solution for now.
Displays might be more available than a small pointing or keyboard device that you can use while on your back easily.
