Whenever I try to view any of the learning content at the link in this post, I get a message saying
“We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”
Some of the other links from the site (forums, in particular) go to Autodesk Enterprise Priority areas, which lock me out. This leads me to think the error I’m seeing is related. I couldn’t find a contact on the page itself to verify, so I thought I’d comment back here to see if you could help verify either the error or if that learning content is truly available to everyone.
Thanks 🙂
Adam,
Thank you for the comment. This is free learning content and your issue is the first I have heard of access issues. I will ask around and see if I can find possible reasons. I used an account of mine that did not have priority support and was able to go through the content.
Thanks again for the feedback and I will look into it.
Shaan
Shaan,
It seems that it may be my browser.
I switched to the Brave browser a few months ago, and it looks so similar to Chrome (it’s built on the Chrome platform) that I forget it’s not Chrome. The site worked perfectly fine in IE and Chrome, so I’ll just have to remember to switch.
Adam,
Thank you for the update. I suspected a browser as I had not found any other case and was asking around.
Best,
Shaan
