Every Autodesk University location from the first one in 1993 through Las Vegas 2026, including the four-city 1999 year, the virtual pandemic AUs, and the international events in Japan, China, and Brasil. The complete AU host-city history, updated. AU 2026 will be my 34th.

While I'm disappointed my favorite submissions were declined, this presentation will reflect my current role as a practitioner. Autodesk University (AU) will be held in Las Vegas from September 15-17, 2026. Focused on practical applications of AI, the agenda includes enhancing workflows, applying automation meaningfully, and improving collaboration between design and construction teams. Attendees are encouraged to submit session proposals and engage in valuable networking opportunities.
The AU closing party in Nashville featured performances by Neon Trees and Train at Bridgestone Arena. While Neon Trees' lead singer engaged in provocative behavior, Train delivered a memorable and enjoyable set, connecting well with the audience. Ultimately, Train's performance overshadowed the negativity of the opener Neon Trees, leaving attendees satisfied.
Autodesk University 2025 in Nashville marked my first attendance as a customer after 32 events. Highlights included a leadership forum on AI, lively receptions, and a memorable closing party featuring Train. Reconnecting with colleagues and friends, especially celebrating CADMama's retirement, made it a week of significant learning and networking.
