Autodesk will be conducting focus group research in January and February 2010 in Boston, Portland and Toronto for AutoCAD and Autodesk Communities and improving them.

One of my day to day software tools I could not live without and have used over 12 years is SnagIt from Techsmith in Michigan. Now they have a Mac version of Snagit in beta and available to all.
